The Story Behind Your Cup
Great coffee is a journey that starts thousands of miles away, in the hands of farmers who tend their crops with care and intention. At Ember & Hearth, we're committed to sourcing beans that not only taste exceptional but also support the people who grow them.
We work directly with coffee growers through long-term partnerships, ensuring fair prices and sustainable practices. Every bean is traceable to its origin, and we can tell you exactly where your coffee comes from, who grew it, and how it was processed.

How We Brew
Espresso
We dial in our espresso daily to extract the perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and body. Our machines are temperature-stable, and we time every shot.
Pour-Over
Brewed to order using V60 or Chemex. This method highlights clarity and nuance—perfect for showcasing single-origin coffees.
Filter/Batch Brew
Our house blend brewed fresh throughout the day. Consistent, approachable, and always delicious.
Cold Brew
Steeped for 18 hours for a smooth, low-acid coffee that's perfect over ice.
Small-Batch Roasting
We roast in small batches to ensure every bean reaches its peak potential. Our roaster profiles each origin carefully, adjusting time and temperature to bring out the unique characteristics of the coffee.
Every bag is dated and traceable. Freshness isn't just a buzzword—it's a commitment.
